What is full service catering?

With full service catering, we take care of food, beverages, service, and anything else you need to make your event a success.

What is a catering delivery?

With a catering delivery we prep, cook, and package your Goode Co. favorites and deliver them directly to your door, ready to serve.

Is there a minimum cost or guest count?

Full Service Catering

50 person minimum for headcount. If your headcount is under 50, there is an $1,800+ F&B minimum spend.

Catering Delivery

No minimums but delivery fees do apply and vary.

Private Events

Each location will have their own F&B minimum spend depending on the location, space, day, and time.

What is included?

Full Service Catering

Our staff will come out to set-up and serve. We provide our own cooking and serving equipment, along with our own tables and linens. Disposable ware is included but we can secure all your upgraded rental needs. You provide the space and we will bring the rest. Need more, tents, music, florals, entertainment, we can handle all of it with our trusted vendors.

Catering Delivery

A bulk delivery drop off includes our staff dropping off the food in bulk ready to consume, hot and fresh. All offerings will be packaged in disposable containers. We include disposable plates, cutlery and serving utensils.

Private Events

Our private dining spaces include your own private or semi-private space to be reserved in advance for your special occasion. We provide a pre-selected menu and bar packages that are offered to your guests the day of the event. We provide the staff, space, food, drinks, flatware, glassware and hospitality.

Do you have vegetarian options?

We offer several vegetarian salad and side options.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

All discount inquiries for non-profits can be sent to information@goodecompany.com

Do you serve alcohol?

We offer multiple alcoholic beverage packages with full bar service.

Can I provide my own alcohol?

Full Service Catering

Yes, you can provide your own alcohol. We have bartenders that guests can contract to serve their alcohol. We also have many bar packages to fit your needs so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Catering Delivery

This does not apply.

Private Events

No, we do not allow guests to bring in any of their own alcohol.

Can you provide bartenders?

Bartenders are required with all full service alcoholic beverage packages.

Is gratuity included?

No, gratuity is not included.

Can you provide plates and glassware?

Disposable ware is included in our full service catering menus, and available as an add-on in our delivery menus.

Do you provide catering staff?

Catering staff are included in our full service catering offerings.

Can you help me with other rentals?

Yes! Whether you’re looking for a photographer, a florist, or a mechanical bull, we’ll finesse every aspect of your day to keep things simple for you and special for your guests.

How far in advance should I book?

Full Service Catering

4 Months out is a good timeline for caterings, some dates will book up quicker than others. If your date is not flexible, secure your spot as soon as you have your date.

Catering Delivery

2-3 Weeks. Pending availability, we can accept orders up till the day before.

Private Events

3+ Months out. The availability varies per location, space and season. If you envision your event taking place in one of our spaces, I always suggest to reserve sooner than later. Holidays, wedding season and local tourism events can highly impact our availability.

What are your payment requirements?

Full Service Catering

50% deposit due to confirm your event. Final payment due 3 business days prior to your event.

Catering Delivery

Payment in full is required to confirm the delivery. If the delivery is over 100 guests, we can collect a 50% deposit and charge the final payment 1 day prior.

Private Events

50% deposit due to confirm your event. Final payment due 1 business day prior to your event.

Are Goode Co. gift cards accepted as payment?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift cards as payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full Service Catering

90 days prior: 100% of deposit refunded. 30 – 89 days prior: 50% of deposit refunded. Less than 29 days prior: Deposit is NOT refunded; the event may be rescheduled for another date, however, based upon Goode Co. Catering’s availability.

Catering Delivery

48 Hour cancellation for a 100% refund.

  • 45 Days Prior: 100% of deposit refunded
  • 44-14 Days prior: 50% of deposit refunded
  • 13 days or less: deposit is NOT refundable

Can you cater events outside of Houston?

Full Service Catering

Yes! We can cater anywhere within the Greater Houston area and beyond. Custom travel fees will apply pending your destination and requested service.

Catering Delivery

We can deliver within a 25-mile radius of the restaurant of your choice.

Private Events

This does not apply.
