How far in advance should I book my corporate catering event?
Once you have your date and venue set, give us a call. All catering arrangements are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don't delay! Holidays and weekends tend to be the busiest. Warmer months also are popular for outdoor events. Popular dates and locations can be booked years in advance. The sooner you plan and secure a venue, the better. Keep an open line of communication with your caterers in order to update them on guest count and any special accommodations or menu requests as the big date approaches. For food delivery service, we recommend 48 hours notice. Short-notice deliveries can be accommodated based on availability.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
We are sensitive to your guests' needs. Goode Company Catering offers a variety of alternate menu options. It is important to consider all your guests and any dietary accommodations they may need. Also, while you are planning a menu, be sure to think about foods prone to triggering food allergies, such as tree-nuts and shellfish.
Are you licensed to serve alcohol to guests?
Yes, all of our bartenders are TABC certified. As part of our bar services, we arrive with a fully stocked bar complete with beer, wine, liquor and even margarita machines. Choose from our House Premium Package or the Super Premium Package, which allows you to customize the types of beer, wines and liquors you would like to serve. As a rule of thumb for most events, plan to supply two drinks per hour, per guest. To ensure beverage service in a timely manner, we recommend making one bartender available for every 75 guests.
